The Fizzy Festa is owned and operated by Katie and Richard Taylor. Katie was born and raised in South Texas, and Richard in Louisiana. They met in Austin, Texas at a country dance hall. In 2018, Richard moved to Cleveland, Ohio for work, and Katie in 2019. They have been happily married since 2020. They have fallen in love with Cleveland and all its unique culture!

While in Italy in the spring of 2023, they fell in love with the culture, style, and architecture of the cities and people of Italy. They kept seeing these “little trucks” all over Italy handling daily tasks such as fresh produce deliveries, construction, and daily transportation. “What is this thing?” This little work horse was the Piaggio Ape. They wanted to find a way to get one to the states to cruise the streets of Tremont and Cleveland!

After further research and conversation, they decided to import one directly from Italy, and build a business that would bring Italian flare to the great people of Cleveland to share what they loved about Italy! Out of this came SPRITZ (named after Katie’s favorite Italian drink the “ Aperol Spritz”)!
